c. A “client” (a residual software program) is quickly downloaded onto your device and the connection is then configured and activated.

Using this portal, you can:
a. Download user guides
b. Access firewall reports
c. Submit and track support tickets
d. Get answers to frequently asked questions.
4. I need to make changes to the firewall settings. How can I make changes?
If you prefer some “do it yourself” functionality, you can easily and conveniently make certain changes in the firewall settings through the online portal, such as content filtering and reporting options or submitting a support ticket through the portal.
From the standpoint of maintaining a stable and secure network defense, your designated client contact must request any changes in the advanced firewall settings. All changes must be made by ADT Cybersecurity personnel:
a. You can request changes to the firewall settings by calling our customer care team 24/7 at 1-800-238-2727.
b. A cybersecurity network engineer will work with you to address your needs and make the firewall changes.
c. Additionally, you can log support tickets for any changes or issues related to your network or firewall device on the ADT Cybersecurity portal (

).
5. How do I get access to firewall reports?
The firewall reports will be emailed to you on a weekly basis. You can also access the reports on the ADT Cybersecurity portal. If you have questions about information on the report, simply contact us at 1-800-238-2727. We’re here for you 24/7/365.
